To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes, including managing field teams, submitting or managing work orders, and tracking operational activities.

You must not misuse or interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for illegal or harmful activities.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Fees

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. All prices are listed on the website or provided in the agreement.

3.2 Billing

Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Client Content & Privacy

4.1 Client Data

Clients retain ownership of all data input into the platform, including:

• field activity reports
• photos, notes, logs
• team information
• operational records.

We only process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

4.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and lawful.
